Confirmation of your order and expected delivery date will be made via email using the address which you supply during the ordering process.
All orders to be paid for in full prior to despatch.
Items will only be delivered to the address specified in the ordering process.
Items will be delivered within 30 days of order and upon receipt of full payment.
All items are insured against loss and damage during delivery.
Notification of damaged goods must be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
Damaged goods must be returned via suitably insured first class special delivery.
Where refunds owing to damaged goods are due these will be made within 30 days of receipt of original order payment and upon receipt of the returned items.
Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer.
A 'cooling off' cancellation period of 7 (seven) days applies to all orders, during which an order may be returned following notification by the customer.
Cancelled orders must be received by Fiona Cameron within 7 (seven) days of the end of the 7 (seven) day cancellation period.
All costs incurred returning orders under this cancellation clause must be met by the customer.
Goods returned under this cancellation clause must be sent by fully insured first class special delivery.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the original order payment and upon receipt of undamaged items.

1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file, typically of letters and numbers, downloaded on to a device when the user accesses certain websites.
2. What cookies are used on our site?
We only use one cookie (called PHPSESSID) which expires at the end of each session (when you leave the site) and is deleted from your computer. This cookie creates a unique identity for you that enables the shopping system to function correctly.
